Product boundary
3D visual styling, delivered as raster images
Text to Logo creates concepts without an upload. 2D to 3D restyles one source 2D logo. Each request produces one to four image files and never GLB, OBJ, or editable 3D geometry.
AI output needs human review
Accurate spelling, unique design, alpha transparency, trademark clearance, print suitability, and provider availability are not guaranteed.
Data path
From browser to private result
- 1Private upload
For 2D to 3D, the browser uploads one JPG, PNG, or WebP 2D logo through a time-limited Cloudflare R2 URL.
- 2Provider processing
The API sends a constructed prompt, settings, and—when needed—a short-lived source-logo link to a third-party AI generation service.
- 3Validated result
Every requested output must download and validate as an image before the task succeeds. A short result fails the whole task and returns its full credit charge.
- 4Expiring access
AI3DLogo stores results in private R2 and issues short-lived preview or download links only to the task owner.

Controls present in the baseline
Session boundaries
Authentication uses Secure, HttpOnly cookies and CSRF checks. Provider, payment, storage, and signing secrets stay in the API service.
Durable accounting
Generation acceptance, full credit debit, and work scheduling share one database transaction. Refunds and provider callbacks are idempotent.
Reduced diagnostics
Routine error reporting removes request bodies, cookies, query strings, private URLs, prompts, user objects, and credentials before delivery to Sentry.

Deletion is queued asynchronously. Third-party generation services apply their own retention under their current terms. See the full Privacy Policy.
Before publishing
Review every output
- Confirm every brand name and slogan character; AI text can be wrong.
- Inspect transparent-background downloads for a real alpha channel.
- Run trademark and similarity searches before adopting a mark.
- Verify color, resolution, and edge quality for each intended output medium.
- Keep source files and a human-editable production master outside AI3DLogo.
Provider transparency
Supporting service categories
Production hosting regions, operator identity, governing terms, processor agreements, and final retention schedules are release gates. Until those are complete, the legal pages remain visibly marked as pre-launch drafts.

Email support@ai3dlogo.com with a public user ID, task or order ID, timestamp, and concise description. Do not send passwords, API keys, full card numbers, illegal content, or private signed media URLs. AI3DLogo does not currently advertise a public bug bounty or guaranteed response time.
