AI3DLogo Acceptable Use Policy

Pre-launch draft — not yet effective. AI3DLogo has not launched. The operator's legal name, postal address, governing law, dispute forum, and effective date must be completed and reviewed by qualified counsel before production release.

You may use AI3DLogo only for lawful purposes, only with content you have the right to process, and only in ways consistent with the Terms of Service. This Policy applies to prompts, brand fields, uploads, generated outputs, account activity, and attempts to access the Service.

1. Brand, trademark, and intellectual-property misuse

You must not use the Service to:

• copy, counterfeit, imitate, or create a confusingly similar version of another party's logo, trade dress, seal, certification mark, or brand identity without permission;
• falsely suggest sponsorship, endorsement, approval, affiliation, origin, authenticity, or official status;
• create deceptive government, law-enforcement, emergency-service, financial, medical, news, charity, or verification marks;
• remove, obscure, or fabricate provenance, rights, certification, or authenticity indicators; or
• infringe or misappropriate copyright, trademark, design, privacy, publicity, contractual, confidential, or other rights.

Possessing an AI-generated image does not establish that it is original, registrable, or safe to use. You are responsible for appropriate trademark searches and professional review before adopting a mark.

2. Harmful or unlawful content

You must not use the Service to create, edit, facilitate, or distribute:

• child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, grooming, or exploitation of minors;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, credible threats, stalking, or targeted harassment;
• deceptive impersonation, fraud, phishing, counterfeit goods, fabricated evidence presented as authentic, or malicious political manipulation;
• material that meaningfully facilitates violence, self-harm, malware, credential theft, or other serious wrongdoing;
• unlawful hate, discrimination, exploitation, or trafficking; or
• biometric identification, highly sensitive profiling, or regulated high-impact decisions without valid authority, safeguards, and human review.

Do not upload confidential or sensitive personal data. Do not use a person's name, likeness, voice, or personal information without the rights and consent required by law.

3. Service and payment abuse

You must not:

• probe, scan, test, or access systems, accounts, media, or task data without authorization;
• bypass model safeguards, ownership checks, rate limits, output limits, payment controls, guest-device or network free-credit controls, or account restrictions;
• create automated or coordinated accounts to obtain repeat free grants;
• scrape, overload, reverse engineer, disrupt, or introduce malicious code into the Service;
• share, sell, transfer, or resell accounts or credits; or
• use automation except through an interface or API that AI3DLogo explicitly makes available for that purpose.

4. Human review and disclosure

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use. Where law, platform policy, or context requires it, disclose that content was generated or materially modified with AI. Do not present AI output as verified evidence, an official mark, or proof of authorization.

5. Enforcement and reports

We may reject inputs, block outputs, limit features, preserve relevant evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, and report conduct when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, rights holders, providers, or the Service. Enforcement may be automated or involve human review. Serious child-safety content is prohibited without exception and may be escalated to appropriate authorities where legally required.

To report abuse or rights concerns, email support@ai3dlogo.com with the relevant task information and a clear explanation. Do not attach illegal content, credentials, full payment-card data, or private signed media URLs.
