AI3DLogo Terms of Service
Pre-launch draft — not yet effective. AI3DLogo has not launched. The operator's legal name, postal address, governing law, dispute forum, and effective date must be completed and reviewed by qualified counsel before production release.

These Terms govern your use of ai3dlogo.com, its related API, and the AI3DLogo service (the Service). The Service is operated by Operator identity and postal address: to be completed before launch. By using the Service after these Terms become effective, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. Account access uses Google sign-in; AI3DLogo does not offer password login. You are responsible for your Google account security and activity under your AI3DLogo account. Do not share accounts, automate account creation, or evade free-credit, payment, rate, or access controls.
2. What the Service provides
AI3DLogo offers two image workflows:
- Text to Logo creates logo concepts from text and brand settings without a source image.
- 2D to 3D restyles one uploaded 2D logo as a raster image with a dimensional or 3D visual effect.
A request may ask for one, two, three, or four raster images. The Service never produces editable 3D geometry or GLB, OBJ, or similar 3D-model files.
AI output is probabilistic. It may contain misspelled or extra text, visual artifacts, inaccurate colors, unusable transparency, unexpected content, or material similar to another person's work. An output is not a trademark clearance, originality opinion, print proof, brand-guideline package, or professional design, legal, or intellectual-property review. You must inspect every downloaded file and perform appropriate clearance before relying on it.
Models, features, limits, processing time, storage, and credit prices may change. We may pause or remove a model for safety, capacity, provider, legal, or product reasons.
3. Your content and AI output
You retain the rights you already have in your prompts, names, slogans, uploaded logos, and other input (Your Content). You grant the operator and its processors a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, validate, transmit, transform, and display Your Content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and enforce the Service and comply with law.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Your Content and direct the requested processing. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information.
AI3DLogo does not assert ownership of your generated output. However, it cannot create rights that do not exist under law or grant rights held by another person or an underlying provider. Output may not qualify for copyright or trademark protection, may not be unique, and may be subject to third-party rights and provider terms. Commercial use is at your risk and requires your own rights review.
4. Acceptable use and brand rights
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not use the Service to copy, counterfeit, impersonate, or create confusingly similar versions of another party's brand without permission; misrepresent sponsorship or affiliation; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; or facilitate fraud or deception.
We may reject content, remove access, preserve relevant records, suspend or terminate accounts, and respond to valid legal process when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, third parties, or the Service.
5. Credits and generation refunds
The editor shows a server-authoritative credit price per image. One image costs that unit price; two, three, or four images cost two, three, or four times the unit price. The full amount is charged when the server accepts a generation task.
Daily Free Credits expire at the next UTC 00:00 and do not roll over. Subscription credits are delivered on monthly credit cycles, including for annual subscriptions, and expire at the end of their cycle. Unused Credit Pack credits do not expire while the account and Service remain available. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not a bank or stored-value account.
If an accepted task is canceled before provider submission, fails, times out, is safety-blocked, or does not store every requested output, the Service attempts to return the full task credit charge exactly once. A technically successful task that stores all requested outputs is not eligible for a credit refund solely because of style, spelling, transparency, similarity, suitability, or other subjective quality concerns. 6. Purchases and subscriptions
Stripe processes payments. Checkout displays the product, price, currency, billing interval, and applicable tax before purchase. Subscription plans renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual billing period until canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Annual plans are billed annually but deliver credits in monthly cycles.
Payment refunds, revoked credits after a refund or dispute, and mandatory consumer rights are described in the Refund Policy. Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal are also governed by Stripe's applicable terms and privacy notice.
7. Storage, browser data, and deletion
Source uploads and unsaved results are temporary and normally expire within 24 hours. When My Creations auto-save is enabled, current limits are: Free account, up to 60 creations for 7 days; account with a Credit Pack purchase, up to 300 for 30 days; active subscriber, up to 1,000 for 90 days. Reaching a limit may delete the oldest saved creation. Deletion and expiry use asynchronous removal jobs, so physical deletion is not necessarily immediate.
Guest activity is associated with a pseudonymous browser identity. If you sign in from the same browser, unexpired guest task and media ownership may be linked to your account, but guest tasks are not automatically added to My Creations. Your browser also stores recent-task metadata and prompts locally until you clear it or it is replaced.
An account-deletion request requires recent Google verification. It disables account access and revokes sessions immediately, queues account media for deletion, requests subscription cancellation, and schedules profile anonymization after a 30-day fraud-prevention and operational period. Payment, credit-ledger, security, dispute, and immutable operator-audit records may remain when reasonably required by law or legitimate security, accounting, or claims needs.
8. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties including Google, AI generation service providers, Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, and Sentry. Generation providers and underlying models may change, and third-party availability and processing are outside our complete control. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of data sent to each service role.
9. Intellectual-property reports
To report claimed infringement, email support@ai3dlogo.com with your contact details, the work or right at issue, the relevant task or public location, and a good-faith explanation. Do not send passwords, API credentials, private signed media URLs, full payment-card numbers, or illegal content. We may request information needed to verify identity, authority, and the claim. This contact is not designated as a statutory copyright agent unless separately stated after launch.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated policy violations, fraud, abuse, legal demands, security risk, nonpayment, provider restrictions, or harm to others or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion from Account Settings.
11. Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, and output quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, recovery of deleted content, accurate text, actual alpha transparency, uniqueness, registrability, or suitability for print, manufacturing, or a production brand system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity. The operator's aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
12. Governing law and disputes
Governing law and dispute forum: to be completed before launch. Mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law will continue to apply.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms for legal, security, provider, or product changes. The revised version will show a new last-updated date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights.
