Pre-launch draft — not yet effective. AI3DLogo has not launched. The operator's legal name, postal address, governing law, dispute forum, and effective date must be completed and reviewed by qualified counsel before production release.

This Policy distinguishes generation-credit refunds inside AI3DLogo from payment refunds to your original payment method. It does not limit mandatory consumer rights available where you live.
1. Generation-credit refunds
The editor shows a unit credit cost per image. A request for one through four images is charged as that unit cost multiplied by the requested output count.
The full task credit charge is automatically returned exactly once when an accepted task:
- is canceled before it is sent to the generation provider;
- is rejected, fails, times out, or is safety-blocked;
- cannot store all requested outputs; or
- returns fewer usable image files than the requested output count.
The system treats a partial result as a failed task and attempts to refund the entire task credit charge. Refunds return credits to their original credit lots and retain the original category and expiry rules.
A task that stores every requested image is not eligible for a generation-credit refund solely because you dislike the style or because the result contains spelling errors, artifacts, inaccurate colors, similarity to other work, non-unique content, unusable transparency, or is unsuitable for trademark registration, printing, or a particular commercial use. These are known limitations of probabilistic AI output and must be checked before use.
If a failed task does not show a credit refund after its terminal status, email support@ai3dlogo.com with the task ID and approximate time. Do not send a private signed media URL.
2. One-time Credit Packs
An individual Credit Pack may be eligible for a full payment refund if:
- you contact us within 7 calendar days of that purchase; and
- none of the credits granted by that specific purchase have been consumed.
Once any credits from that purchase have been consumed, the Pack is normally non-refundable except where required by law or for a verified duplicate or erroneous charge. A refund or payment dispute revokes the unused credits granted by that transaction. If refunded or disputed credits were already spent, the account may carry a VIP credit debt and generation may be blocked until resolved.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel renewal in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and does not automatically refund that period. Annual subscriptions are billed annually but deliver subscription credits in monthly cycles.
Subscription payments are normally non-refundable once the applicable service period or credit cycle has begun, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or we verify a duplicate charge, billing error, or other approved exception. If a subscription payment is refunded or disputed, credits from the affected billing cycle may be revoked and already-spent amounts may create a credit debt.
Canceling a subscription is different from deleting an account. If you request account deletion, AI3DLogo requests cancellation of active renewal through Stripe; review the deletion status or contact support if cancellation reports a failure.
4. Requesting payment review
Email support@ai3dlogo.com from your account email and include:
- the Stripe receipt, invoice, or order ID;
- purchase date and amount;
- whether the request concerns a Credit Pack or subscription; and
- a concise reason for the request.
Never send a complete card number, bank credentials, password, API key, or private download URL. We may request information needed to verify the account and transaction. Approved payment refunds are submitted to the original payment method through Stripe; the receiving bank or payment network controls when funds appear.
5. Unauthorized payments, disputes, and mandatory rights
Report a suspected unauthorized or duplicate payment promptly to support and to your payment provider when appropriate. Nothing in this Policy prevents you from exercising lawful chargeback, withdrawal, cooling-off, warranty, or other non-waivable consumer rights. We may preserve payment and usage records and suspend associated credits while a refund or dispute is investigated.
